Permit fees are $94.94 and will be invoiced after the applications is received. Permit fees pay for the inspections which will need to be done at the property.
Submit signed application and plans (if applicable) to the Building Department by email at building@herriman.org. Payments can be made by check payable to Herriman City or by phone with a credit card.
Please call 801-446-5327 before 4:00 p.m. to schedule inspections for the following business day or after. Re-Roofs typically require two inspections:
- A mid-roof inspection - after all shingles are removed and flashings and ice & water shields are in place.
- A final inspection - when the re-roof is complete.
