Events Department

The Events Department plans and coordinates all Herriman City events throughout the year. The department aims to accommodate all ages and interests of those living in our community while continuing traditions and supporting a vibrant culture.

Herriman's Yeti is missing! From September 21st to the 24th, adventurers of all ages are invited to explore three different Herriman parks and two scenic trails in search of the elusive Herriman Yeti for the chance to win prizes.

The Hungry Herriman food truck roundup is a popular gathering point for friends and family to get some grub and hang out in Crane Park. It is usually held Monday evenings throughout the summer.

A valued Herriman tradition, the Memorial Day Breakfast and Ceremony is an opportunity for the community to say "thank you" to military veterans. The breakfast is traditionally located at Main Street Park and includes delicious food available for purchase, followed by an honor procession to the ceremony. The ceremony, held at the Herriman City Cemetery, includes a playing of Taps and a reading of the name of each veteran laid to rest in the cemetery.
