Request for Bids, Proposals, and Qualifications

7300 West Roadway Improvements - Phase 2

Herriman City is seeking bids for its 7300 West Roadway Improvements - Phase 2 Contract. This project includes but is not limited to: roadway widening and reconstruction of 7300 West from approximately McCuiston Avenue to Hall Crossing Drive, including new full-depth pavement removal and replacement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm drain, culinary and secondary water pipe and system installations, and landscape restoration.

Bidders may obtain Contract Documents by clicking on the link “For Vendors” at http://purchasing.utah.gov/. These documents will be made available on the website on Dec 6th, 2023, at 10:00 am.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will occur on December 19th, 2023, at 3:00pm. All bids must be submitted in-person and prior to the Bid Opening Occurring at 3:00pm on January 9th, 2024 at Herriman City Hall.

Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through the Utah Public Procurement Place (Sciquest) website.

The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Herriman City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.






Surplus Items

Vehicles and equipment will be disposed of in a manner that will maximize resale value and minimize surplus time.  As vehicles and equipment are approved for surplus, value will be established.  Herriman City will then post the surplus vehicles or equipment for sale.  Bids are then submitted in a closed bid form. Generally, bids will be awarded to the highest bid and to get the best return for the City.  All vehicles and equipment are sold in an “as is” “where is” “it is” in all respects without any warranty of any kind.
