The Salty Pineapple was established in 2016 by owner Daysha Filipe at the age of 21. From food truck to brick-and-mortar, located at 13262 S. 5600 West, we bring the big island flavor to the mainland!
Our menu feature classic Hawaiian BBQ with a spin as well as vegetarian options. We take pride in serving quality crafted food and providing friendly service the island way. We want to thank the Herriman community for being so supportive over the last year. We could not have chosen a better location to open our first storefront.
