Dumpster Rental

Herriman City has dumpsters available for rent during the months of April to November for a service fee of $150 in addition to a $140 deposit. At the time of rental, the full $290 will be collected. Click on the button below to see the rental agreement form. The form also provides information about the required deposit. Submit the form below and a Herriman City representative will be in contact with you to complete the rental process.

Dumpster Rental Rules

• If the dumpster rental is requested by a tenant, a printed form must be notarized and signed by the property owner.
• Dumpsters are for residential use only. No business or commercial contractors may use dumpsters.
  
• Dumpsters must be placed entirely on private property and cannot impede or obstruct sidewalks or roadways.
  
• Allowable waste weight at the base fee rate is 2 tons. Maximum allowable weight is 6 tons ($35 per ton over 2 tons).
  
• If used for green waste, no more than 12 inches of dirt, rocks, bricks, sod, or manure.
  
• Waste must not fill over the top of the dumpster.
• Herriman City is released from from any damages resulting to persons or property during the placement, stay, or removal of the dumpster on my property, whether or not renter is present when the dumpster is delivered or collected.
• Prohibited materials:
  
• Hazardous materials (asbestos, solvents, paint, hydrocarbons, oil products, pesticides, herbicides, etc.
• Propane, gasoline, refrigerants
• Batteries, tires, engines, transmissions
• Any kind of tank, barrel, or refrigerator 
• Concrete, asphalt, rocks over 18" in diameter
