Cole started with Herriman City’s Streets Department plowing snow on a four-wheeler. He is a fast learner and hard worker, and before long, moved up to operating larger plow trucks. Since he started with the City, he has worked quickly to earn various certifications, including traffic control, flagging, and a CDL Class A license. He has an ability to consistently finish his work quickly and properly, proactively help his coworkers, and eagerly seek more work from his supervisors.
When he’s off the job, Cole loves his truck. In fact, he has a twin brother who also has the same truck. His family frequently rides horses and goes on camping trips together. He is happy, always smiling, and is a joy to work with. He has become a trusted and valuable coworker who is productive in all types of work situations. Everyone on the team enjoys working with Cole.
