Couch to 5k

This free and fun energetic fitness series will get you ready for our Herriman Yeti 5k coming up on June 22, or simply provide a fun way to improve your overall agility and fitness. Over the 13-weeks, you'll engage in conditioning training and workouts in the park with the ultimate goal to improve functionality, endurance and using multiple modalities to improve cardio.
Those that participate will receive a discount towards their Yeti 5k registration. Participants are encouraged, but not required, to attend all of the series.
*Free to attend but preregistration for each day you plan to attend is required.
