Paying Fines

Court fines must be paid on time. Failure to pay a fine on time, even for a minor traffic or parking ticket, may result in delinquent fees being added and a warrant being issued for your arrest. You may pay your fine in person, over the phone, online, or by mail for the following charges:

• Non-moving & moving traffic violations

• Expired driver’s license

• Expired registration

• Minor equipment violations

 

The following violations must contact the court:

• Mandatory court appearance

• Speeding in a school zone

• Driving on a suspended driver license

• No insurance / no proof of insurance

• Criminal violations

 

In Person: You may pay your fine by coming to the customer service desk at the city hall (5355 West Herriman Main Street) Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may pay with cash, check or credit card.

By Phone: You may call 801-446-5323, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and pay your fine with a credit card or check.

Online: You may pay your fine online with a check or credit card by clicking below.

Online Payment

By Mail: You may mail a check or money order (do not mail cash). Remember to include a copy of your citation and the citation or case number on the check or money order. Payments need to be received in a timely manner to avoid delinquent fees and / or issuance of arrest warrants.
