Community Fishing

Reel in the big one.

Community Fishing

Community fishing classes provide a fun and educational activity for kids, ages 6-14, to learn fishing skills. This year's session will be held on Mondays, April 22 - June 3 (excluding Memorial Day) from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Cove Pond (6979 W Rose Canyon Rd). Participants will need to bring their own fishing pole. Other needed items (bait, hooks, etc) will be provided.

*Anyone over the age of 13 will need to obtain a Utah fishing license from the DWR to participate.

Community Fishing Volunteers

The Community Fishing program is only made possible through the generous efforts of members of the community who volunteer their time to teach the next generation of anglers.

For those who desire to obtain dedicated hunter hours through the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources for their volunteer efforts, click here

All other volunteers may email events@herriman.org to participate.
