REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS & BIDS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Herriman City (hereinafter "City") requests proposals for the Public Works Services Contractor's Pool (hereinafter "Project"), and will receive proposals in the office of the Herriman City Recorder's Office, 13011 South Pioneer Street (6000 West), Herriman, UT 84096 up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., on 2nd day of September, 2010.

Ther services to be performed by the successful proposer are described in the Request For Proposals. Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: "SEALED PROPOSAL FOR PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES CONTRACTOR'S POOL - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL"

All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which proposer best meets the City's needs for this project by demonstrating the competence and profressional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate proposals are set forth in the Request For Proposals.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposals or the proposal process.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Herriman City (hereinafter "City") requests sealed bids for the Herriman City Main Street Pump Station Renovation (hereinafter "Project"), and will receive bids at the Herriman City Hall located at 13011 South Pioneer Street, Herriman, Utah, 84096 until 3:00 PM, on Wednesday, September 1, 2010, and then publicly opened and read aloud at 3:05 PM at the Herriman City Hall.

SURPLUS ITEMS

Vehicles and equipment will be disposed of in a manner that will maximize resale value and minimize surplus time. As vehicles and equipment are approved for surplus, value will be established. We will post the surplus vehicles or equipment. Bids are then submitted in a closed bid form. All bids are accepted, with vehicle or equipment being awarded to highest bid, most responsible bidder and to get the best return to the City.
